COLLABORATE

Step 1 of our design process involves collaborating with the key stakeholders and clarify/confirm business needs and goals.

DEFINE

IMPLEMENT

Our work doesn’t end with design. We work closely with the development team during the implementation phase, while constantly conducting design reviews of the developed feature or product.

EVALUATE

At regular intervals, we measure experience quality and make sure any feature creep by the team didn’t affect the end user experience. We also try to gauge for opportunities to improve experience and act accordingly.
